We start by locating and organizing the statutes, notices and guidelines that apply to the business model, then structure them into a regulatory mapping matrix by business activity.
For companies entering Korea we also lay out the structural differences between regulatory systems. On that base we design the decision structure, approval authority, reporting lines, roles and responsibilities, and document them as internal rules, manuals, checklists and record forms.
Finally we build the review cycle and history management, and embed the system through internal training so the organization runs it on its own.

Three principles, and why
Where a determination is needed, we work with qualified professionals.
We are a management consulting company, and determinations on individual matters belong to licensed professionals. Depending on the matter we connect you with qualified practitioners and manage the project end to end.
Every finding carries its source and reference date.
Rules change, and a summary with no date cannot be used in operations.
Operation is the goal, not the document.
A rulebook is not a system unless approvals and records actually move. We design the review cycle and history management as well.
We define what we do not do first.
We do not judge the lawfulness of individual matters, issue legal opinions, promise licensing outcomes, or draft and submit legal documents on your behalf. This boundary is a design choice, not a limitation, and inside it we carry research, structuring, system design and operating support through to the end.
